Founder Bio
I’m Nick — an Army veteran turned tech strategist, now helping businesses harness the power of AI, automation, and workflow intelligence.
After leaving the military, I dove into the startup world, spending six years building and scaling two cybersecurity companies from the ground up. Working in resource-constrained, high-stakes environments taught me a core truth: to compete with bigger players, you have to be ruthlessly efficient. That’s where automation came in.
I started by automating parts of my own workload — writing Python scripts to generate weekly analytics, using Zapier to bridge disconnected SaaS tools, and building dashboards in Airtable to track real-time KPIs. Over time, these became cross-functional workflows: syncing sales and finance, streamlining month-end processes, and reducing operational friction across teams. The gains were undeniable — not just in time and accuracy, but in team morale. Repetitive, manual work gave way to more meaningful contributions, and people felt energized again.
As AI tools matured in 2022, I expanded our capabilities: deploying GPT to draft client emails and internal reports, prototyping AI-powered assistants, and even building a customer service chatbot to reduce the load on our consultants.
Most recently, I served as a Senior Data Scientist on the Enterprise AI team at a publicly traded SaaS company, where I helped design and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions that boosted productivity across the business. Our work helped create the equivalent of 1300 full-time employees, saving the company over $300M a year.
I work fluently across both code (Python, SQL) and no-code (Airtable, Zapier, Make, etc.) platforms, and bring a systems-level view to every project I take on.
