How Aptum AI hires
Selective by design
Aptum AI is a boutique, AI-first practice. We hire sparingly and only for excellent people who can own meaningful work, use modern AI tooling well, and raise the quality bar on client systems that matter. When there is a strong fit, the intent is to build a long-term relationship across client builds rather than treat each project as a one-off.
