Terms of Use

These terms govern software integrations operated by Aptum, LLC ("Aptum AI") that connect to a client's business systems, including QuickBooks Online.
Who can use them
Aptum AI integrations are available only to clients under an active written engagement with Aptum AI. Connecting an integration requires authorization by an administrator of the client's account in the third-party system.
What they do
Integrations read data from the client's connected systems and deliver it to a data environment operated for that client. Integrations are read-only unless the client's engagement expressly states otherwise.
License
Aptum AI grants each client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use its integrations for the client's internal business purposes during the engagement.
Client data
Client data remains the property of the client. Aptum AI uses it only to deliver services to that client and does not sell, rent, or share it. See the privacy page.
Disconnecting
A client can disconnect an integration at any time from within the third-party system, or by emailing nick@aptum.ai.
Warranty and liability
Integrations are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Aptum AI's liability is limited to the fees paid under the applicable engagement. If these terms conflict with the client's engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.
