QuickBooks Online Integration

Aptum AI's QuickBooks Online integration gives clients read-only access to their own accounting data for use in their data warehouse and reporting. It is available only to clients under an active engagement with Aptum AI.

Connect

Your Aptum AI contact will send a QuickBooks administrator at your company a secure authorization link. Open the link, sign in to QuickBooks, select your company, and click Connect. To reconnect after a disconnection, email nick@aptum.ai for a new link.

Disconnect

To disconnect, sign in to QuickBooks Online as an administrator, go to Apps, open your connected apps, find the app your Aptum AI contact connected, and disconnect it. You can also email nick@aptum.ai and access will be revoked. Stored data is deleted on request.
